Squids and octopuses use their adaptable camouflage to cope with changing light conditions in deep sea oceans. Scientist have brought one squid and one octopus to test them. When they started shining lights on them, the squid and the octopus started doing some strange moves and they started shaking their heads. After the test, the squid and the octopus started acting blind but they were not. They were only dizzy because the scientist shined the light on them too much. But one day when the scientist went to check on the squid and the octopus, they saw thay they were shining light from a unknown part of their body. When the scientists scaned them, they figured out that the light they used on the squid and the octopus went to their eyes and their heads and they got the ability to shine light in the ocean when it's dark. So when the scientists let squid and the octopus free to the sea, they saw at night bright light shining in the sea.

My first though about this article was that I didn't know that squids and octopuses can use light. This article was very interesting and I have learned a new thing from the squids and octopuses. This article was on a nature news channel and there was also a video of how the scientist are shining light at the squid and the octopus.
